The September 12th Mortgage Lending Committee Meeting included a lot of great information, including: 1) Presentation on the 2017 State of the Nation’s Housing Report, 2) Updates on Changing Patterns XXIV and Forum date of January 23rd, and 3) MHP and MassHousing 6/30/17 Delinquency and Foreclosure Reports. CITC Forum for Financial Institutions Held on May 16th

MCBC hosted a forum on Tuesday, May 16th at Boston Private to share information on the Community Investment Tax Credit (CITC) with Financial Institutions. Presenters from MACDC, DHCD and Boston Private discussed how Financial Institutions can use this unique tool to invest in CDCs.
