In case you missed the January 24th Mortgage Lending Committee Meeting, details of the meeting are included below.

1) Denisha McDonald of The Mandrell Company presented on the real estate agent experience with the First-Time Homebuyer process and workshops. Her presentation can be found here.

2) Jim Campen shared data from Changing Patterns XXIII and MAHA’s CRA Ratings report . Changing Patterns XXIII can be found here and the CRA Ratings Report can be found here.

3) Please Save the Date for the Changing Patterns Forum on February 23rd at MassHousing, 9:30-11:30 AM. More details to follow.
