Our research on mortgage and small business lending patterns provides a critical tool for both financial institutions and community organizations working on Community Reinvestment. Partnership for Financial Equity publishes two key reports annually. Mortgage Lending Matters offers information on patterns of mortgage lending in the City of Boston, and in each county and Gateway City in Massachusetts. Small Business Lending offers information on patterns of small business lending across the state with an emphasis on low-income and traditionally underserved areas. The report also reviews changes in economic conditions and other factors that effect small business lending.
