1) Representatives of the Massachusetts Association of Housing Cooperatives shared information on their work and financing challenges. More information can be found here.

2) Representatives from Greater Boston Legal Services presented information on challenges facing their clients around foreclosure and financing to remain in their homes.

3)The group discussed the ideas generated at the Changing Patterns XXIII Innovation Forum.

4) MCBC is hosting a Forum on the Community Investment Tax Credit (CITC) for Financial Institutions on May 16th at Boston Private. Click here to learn more and register.
