Notes from the 4/19 Mortgage Lending Committee Meeting

In case you missed the April 19th Mortgage Lending Committee Meeting, details of the meeting are include below.
1) Steve Sousa, Executive Vice President of MBREA, and Rich Goulet, MRA, joined us to discuss Appraisals. Thank you to both of them for an excellent presentation and discussion. 2) MHP and MassHousing representatives presented quarterly Delinquency and Foreclosure Reports for the period ending 12/31/15.
3) There are several upcoming events that were noted:
- MAHA’s 8th Annual Taste of Dorchester on Thursday, April 28
- Boston Home Center Housing Expo on Saturday, May 7
- Division of Banks Public Hearing on Regulations on Thursday, May 12
- Allston Brighton CDC 36th Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 26
Our next Mortgage Lending Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 7 at 9:00 AM at MHP, 160 Federal Street, 2nd Floor, Boston. This will be our last meeting before we take a short break over the summer.
