1) Ingrid Gorman of the Association for Enterprise Opportunity presented to the group on their report The Tapestry of Black Business Ownership in America. You can see her presentation here.

2) Deirdre Coyle updated the group on the C3 initiative Hackathon event, which is scheduled for January 11th at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. More background information about the concept can be found here.

3) Join MCBC on Wednesday, November 1st for a meeting in Tewksbury as we launch a regional effort in Lowell/Lawrence/North Central Massachusetts. More details can be found here.
