We are thrilled to announce that Rose Francois has joined the Partnership for Financial Equity as the new co-chair for our Responsive Banking Services + Bank On Massachusetts Committee.

Rose currently serves as the Executive Director of The Midas Collaborative, where she leads with a deep-seated belief in the power of collective action to drive lasting change in underserved communities. With a seasoned background across the education and nonprofit sectors, Rose brings a strategic, people-centered approach to the vital work of economic mobility.

Beyond her role at Midas, Rose is a PhD candidate at Lesley University and serves on the board of the Community Action Agency of Somerville (CAAS). As a proud immigrant from Haiti who calls Massachusetts home, she understands firsthand the importance of strengthening systems to ensure equitable access to resources for everyone.
