Jason Andrade Joins Partnership for Financial Equity as Director of Research and Membership Engagement

Boston, MA – Partnership for Financial Equity is excited to announce the addition of Jason Andrade to its team as Director of Research and Membership Engagement. With more than 10 years in the asset-building field focused on expanding access to free or low-cost financial services, Jason will play a key role in growing the impact and reach of PFE.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Jason to the PFE team,” said Thomas Callahan, Executive Director at Partnership for Financial Equity “He brings a proven track record as an innovator and creative thinker with deep connections to area financial institutions and community-based organizations.”

Prior to joining to PFE, Andrade served as the Director of Financial Services at Compass Working Capital, where he was responsible for developing and leading culturally proficient financial coaching and education practices for Compass’ coaching staff and clients.

“I’m excited to be joining PFE at such a pivotal time in the organization’s history,” said Jason Andrade. “Our mission of affecting positive change in the availability of credit and financial services in low and moderate income communities and communities of color across the Commonwealth has never been more important.”

Jason is a steering committee member for Boston’s Tax Help Coalition where he is also the director of two IRS V.I.T.A. tax sites and was previously awarded the SCI Community Social Capitalist award for his work in the Dorchester community. Other initiatives that he’s involved in include Bank On Boston, Boston Builds Credit, and Dorchester Bay’s Small Business Lending Committee.

Jason was previously a board member of Partnership for Financial Equity and co-chaired its Responsive Banking Services Committee. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and was awarded his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Suffolk University. He starts on May 5, 2025.
