In case you missed the September 13th Mortgage Lending Committee Meeting, details of the meeting are include below.

1) Eliza Parad of DNI and Maureen Flynn of COHIF attended to give an update on their efforts around Community Land Trusts. Their presentation is here. In addition, materials from the June Lenders Forum can be found here.

2) MHP and MassHousing presented Delinquency and Foreclosure Data for the quarter ending 6/30/13. The reports can be found here.

3) Jim Campen shared data on VA loans for discussion purposes as he prepares to begin data analysis for Changing Patterns XXIII.

4) Two events of interest were mentioned. On Thursday, the Taste of JP will be held to benefit ESAC. Also, MIT DUSP is hosting a Fair Housing Symposium throughout this month.
